The Shop

Tatuata is a professional tattoo studio in the heart of Helsinki, established in 2006. Our current location at Pursimiehenkatu 2 has been open since May 2015. We are home to ten resident tattoo artists: Jarno Kantanen, Tuppu Ritola, Gustav Fröberg, Emma Ceau, Alex Jazz, Olkona, Monty, Laura Merta, Sami Niinilampi and Lars Moriaux. We also regularly welcome guest artists from Finland and abroad.

With a strong focus on quality, individuality and a welcoming atmosphere, our classic street shop and individual workstations create an intimate and relaxed environment for both clients and artists. We work in a fully certified, sterile and hygienic environment, with great attention to detail in everything we do.

Everyone is welcome, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion or body type. Our studio is not fully wheelchair accessible, but the entrance has no major steps and can be accessed with some assistance.

Walk-ins are always welcome, and Saturdays are usually our dedicated Walk-In Day. We tattoo clients aged 18 and over only.
